1, PEW-0655F is a kind of PE/PTFE composite wax which is suitable for solvent-based coatings and inks, the adding of PTFE can greatly improve the smoothness and scratch resistance of polyethylene wax, and its synergistic effect is very good.
2, PEW-0655F with very high hardness, good grain shape and very centralized particle size range, tidy molecular weight, easy to disperse, excellent abrasion resistance, and outstanding dispersibility.
3, PEW-0655F can be used for UV inks and UV coating with the effect of anti-sludging, anti-sticking, scratch resistance, anti-dirty, abrasion resistance, and provide smooth hand-feeling, better hydrophobic and sealing property at the same time.
4, PEW-0655F can be used in different resin systems like pure epoxy, epoxy polyester, TGIC polyester, can improve the surface hardness, smoothness, abrasion resistance, and without matting and fogging in dark high gloss system.
5, Be used in wood coating, plastics coating, industry paint, PEW-0655F plays very good roles on hand-feeling and scratch resistant.

Contents and Usage
Ø In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
Ø Usually by way of a direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
Ø It can be added by a variety of grinding machines, high-shear dispersing device, and should pay attention to the controlling of temperature when using the grind mill.
Ø Can carry out the decentralized processing to make the wax slurry with the wax powder concentration at 20-30%., then add it into the systems when needed, which can decrease the dispersion time.
