Characteristics and Purposes
Ø Twax-1601 is the best wax for gloss in all kinds of powder coating and printing inks. It has uniform particle size, easy to disperse, can improve the scratch resistance and slip of the coating, and can provide good gloss and transparency.
Ø Twax-1601 can be used for solvent-based gravure printing ink and water-based flexo ink.
Ø Twax-1601 can be used for UV coatings and inks.
Ø In leather finishing, it can be used to do all kinds of polish effects and hand feeling.

Contents and Methods of Use
Ø In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
Ø Can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks by high speed stirring.
Ø It can be added by using a variety of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing device, must pay attention to the temperature controlling.
Ø Can make wax slurry first, and add into the systems when needed, by which can reduce the dispersion time.
