Characteristics and Purposes
1, PEWO-0596 is a non-toxic, and non-corrosive oxidized polyethylene wax. It has high softening
point, low viscosity, and good chemical stability. And it has a good compatibility with rubber, plastics, and paraffin those materials.

2, To be the additive or processing agent for light industry, chemical industry, and petroleum industry , PEWO-0596 can be used in PVC processing, hot melt adhesive, textile finishing, paperboard box moisture-proofing, remover of
paper industries, coatings, precision casting mold, and plastic packaging.

3, As the lubricant in PVC film , profiles, pipes, plastic processing industry, it can improve the smoothness, evenness and yield of the finished products.

4, PEWO-0596 can be widely used for paper industry after the emulsification, to improve the moisture proofness, gloss, surface hardness, anti-blocking of the papers, can provide very good sizing effect in some papers which have high requirements.

5, Be the additive after the emulsification, it can improve the softening property of the fabric when used in the finishing process of the printing and dyeing and garment industry.

6, PEWO-0596 can increase the softening point, improve the hardness of wax products, provide the products with good gloss, there will be no black smoke, no dropping, when burning.

7, PEWO-0596 can be used in the production of various hot melt and adhesives.

USE:Use directly, be used by dissolving into solvent, be used after melting, be used after emulsification.
