Characteristics and Purposes
Ø PEW-0678AF is suitable for solvent-based coatings and inks. Combined with PTFE, it greatly improves the smoothness, and scratch resistance of the polyethylene wax powder, resulting in a very good synergy.
Ø PEW-0678AF has very high hardness, uniform particle size and shape, very concentrated particle size range; very tidy molecular weight, has excellent abrasion resistance, and disperses easily.
Ø PEW-0678AF can be used for flexo, gravure inks, and offset printing inks.
Ø PEW-0678AF can also be used for UV inks and coatings. Can improve scratch and abrasion resistance, anti-blocking, dirt resistance, and other effect. Meanwhile, it provides good smooth soft-feeling, better hydrophobic and sealing property.
Ø PEW-0678AF can be used in pure epoxy powder coating, epoxy polyester, and polyester TGIC in different resin systems. It can improve the surface hardness, smoothness, and abrasion resistance; meanwhile, it has matting effect.
Ø Used in wood, plastic, industrial paint, it has very good soft feeling and superior scratch resistance and wear resistance.

Contents and Usage
Ø In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
Ø Usually by a direct high-speed stirring, it can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks.
Ø It can be added by a variety of grinding machines, high-shear dispersing device, and should pay attention to the controlling mof temperature when using the grind mill.
Ø Can carry out the decentralized processing to make the wax slurry with the wax powder concentration at 20-30%., then add it into the systems when needed, which can decrease the dispersion time.
