1, kill bacteria very broad-spectrum, long-lasting, with the slow-release technology, no loss, good effect.
2, Very low toxicity, easy to operate, can be added in any process.
3, Applicable to a wide range of pH, 5-10 can be used.
4, Small particle size, uniform dispersion, no VOC, heat stable.
5, Non-combustible, easy to transport, easy to use, stable under strong UV and acid rain conditions.
6, Up to five years of outdoor weathering experimental results to prove the effect.

Due to the particularity of the film forming process of powder coatings, the anti-crater and leveling agents used in powder coatings need to have good wettability and leveling performance, but also have other characteristics:

① The leveling agent should be in powder or granular form or 100% active without solvent. Suppliers usually adsorb the liquid leveling agent to an inert carrier such as silica powder at a content of about 65% and then pulverize and granulate, or melt and blend the leveling agent and the powder coating resin in a certain proportion to make a powder or Pellets.
②In the melting and mixing stage, the leveling agent should not react with the resin and can be uniformly dispersed in the resin system.
③The leveling agent should be able to melt and solidify together with the powder coating to form a film, and should not decompose or evaporate during the curing process.
④The leveling agent should not affect the gloss and transparency of the coating film micronized wax emulsion.
Some typical powder coating anti-cratering and leveling agents.

The mechanism, classification and application of anti-cratering and leveling agents
According to the surface defects of the coating film discussed in Section 2 and their main causes, the following aspects can be considered to improve the leveling properties of the coating:
①Reduce the surface tension of the coating, make the surface tension of the coating lower than the critical surface tension of the substrate and lower than the surface tension of the contaminated area or impurities on the substrate or in the coating;
②Form a very thin film on the surface of the coating to reduce The surface tension gradient between the surface layer and the surface and the inner layer of the coating film promotes the uniformity of the surface tension;
③Adjust the volatilization speed of the solvent, improve the solubility of the solvent to the resin, reduce the viscosity of the coating, improve the fluidity of the wet film, and extend the leveling time.
