DY-5350 is an environmentally friendly organic zinc catalyst, solvent-free, with medium activity, which can be used as a catalyst alone, or more often as a co-catalyst with DY-20, to improve the situation that the early reaction is too violent and viscous too fast, and the later surface is flooded with viscosity caused by adding organic bismuth alone.
DY-5350 is mainly used as a post-curing catalyst for two-component polyurethane system, and should not be used in the field of one-component polyurethane or prepolymer synthesis.
DY-5350 can be used in two-component polyurethane adhesives, coatings, elastomers, synthetic leather slurry and other fields.
There is a latex paint thickened by cellulose in the formula, and the cellulose is easier to dissolve under slightly alkaline conditions.
Commonly used pH regulators include concentrated ammonia, AMP-95, ethanolamines (monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine), etc., each of which has its own characteristics.
Ammonia is an aqueous solution of ammonia, the molecular formula is NH, OH, its volatilization speed is fast, has little effect on the early coating performance, is cheap, but has an unpleasant odor, and is prone to pH drift during coating storage.

The advantage of AMP-95 is that the pH value of wax for latex paint is stable after adjustment. Due to the subsequent volatilization, there is no effect on the water resistance of the coating film, and the washing resistance can also be improved. It also has the function of helping the pigment wetting and dispersing and the effect of helping the coating leveling. It is a multifunctional additive, but it is more expensive.
