Anti-adhesive for rubber extrusion is used in extrusion and vulcanization process to prevent adhesion between rubber and rubber and between rubber and mould.
During the production and processing of rubber products, its unique self-adhesive properties cause difficulties in processing and transportation, especially in handling and reprocessing of compounding and plasticizing rubber. Therefore, before the rubber is finally made into finished products, such as before handling and storage of the compounding rubber, before extrusion, pressing out and hot refining of the rubber, a layer of anti-adhesive is applied to the corresponding film to prevent the films from sticking to each other.

The mechanism of rubber film anti-adhesive agent is the use of anti-adhesive itself and the rubber inter-solubility difference is large, when the rubber film dipped coated with anti-adhesive, rubber film between the formation of a thin layer of isolation, blocking or slowing down the film and film adhesion between each other, in order to facilitate the process operation.
The materials used as rubber film anti-adhesive must meet the following requirements: there should be a certain difference in solubility coefficient with rubber; high safety, non-toxic, no harm to human health and no pollution to the environment; it can form an isolation layer on the surface of rubber film in order to have a good isolation effect; the negative impact on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber products should be small; the process operation is convenient; and the cost is low.
