◇Ceridust 3620 is easily dispersed and is generally added to printing inks at the stage of the production process. For liquid inks, a stirrer with a high shearing force such as a dissolver or a sander can be used.

◇The specific amount of added depends on the system used and the formulation, and is generally 0.8-2% of the total formulation. Moisten 3620 with solvent or mixed solution before adding to printing ink.

◇The amount of wax can be used up to 30% for liquid dispersions and 50% for solids (paste). When added to printing inks, in most cases, no additional grinding of the wax particles is required, and care should be taken not to heat more than 70°C during the dispersion to avoid deformation of the wax particles and recrystallization after cooling, leading to coalescence and affecting its performance.
