Four kinds of commonly used shoe glues such as polyurethane glue/powder glue/water-based glue
1. PU glue (also called resin glue, polyurethane glue)
This kind of glue can be said to be the first choice for shoe glue. This glue is very sticky and suitable for shoe glue. Only sticking the sole can achieve the best effect. I personally feel that as long as the sole is not glued, the requirements for the adhesion are not very high. Other glues can be satisfied. It is too extravagant to use PU glue, and the technical requirements are too high.
2. Powder glue
It is mainly used for hemming, upper and shoe bonding, and the bonding force is average.
3. All-purpose glue for shoes (also called yellow glue)
This glue is easy to operate and does not require a treatment agent. Suitable for objects with rough surfaces. The shoes are mainly used for the bonding between the upper and the inside of the shoe, the upper and the midsole. The bonding between the shoe and the Hong Kong treasure, as long as it is not glued to the sole, is basically OK. fisher tropsch wax factory The bonding force is slightly worse than that of PU glue, and the cost performance is high.
4, Water-based glue (also called white latex)
The water-based adhesive does not contain organic solvents, is environmentally friendly, does not pollute the environment, has zero VOC emissions, has no irritating odor, and has good adhesion. It is just more expensive than pu glue, suitable for bonding between uppers and midsole, as well as bonding between leather materials.
