Suspendability
Large pore capacity silica gel series matting agent adopts new special developed wax treatment technology, the product has  suspension, even in the low viscosity of the varnish for a long time storage will not produce hard precipitation.

Excellent paint film performance
Organic surface treatment of matting agent and all solvent-based paint systems are basically compatible, will not produce recoat adhesion problems, or reduce the transparency of the paint film, with a good feel and smoothness. And improve the anti-fouling and anti-chemical properties of the product.

Composition of coating dispersion system
Pigment powder particles generally contain three forms:
① the original particle, a single pigment crystal or a group of crystals, the particle size is quite small. ②Agglomerates, the original particle clusters that are in contact with each other, whose area is smaller than the sum of the areas of individual particles, and it is difficult to re-disperse.
③ Agglomerates, the original particle clusters connected by points and corners, have a total area larger than that of agglomerates, amide wax cas, but less than the sum of the areas of individual particles, and it is easier to redisperse than agglomerates.

Aggregates and agglomerates are aggregates formed during the drying process of the pigment, collectively referred to as secondary agglomerates.

Pigment dispersions used in paints and inks are usually manufactured by the dispersion method. The dispersing equipment includes high-speed dispersing machine, sand mill, ball mill, three-roll mill, colloid mill and so on.
According to the hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics of pigments and base materials, dispersions can be divided into six types:
a. Hydrophilic pigments are dispersed in a hydrophilic base material;
b. Hydrophilic pigments are dispersed in lipophilic base materials;
c. The lipophilic pigment is dispersed in the hydrophilic base material,
d. The lipophilic pigment is dispersed in the lipophilic base material;
e. Hydrophilic and lipophilic pigments are dispersed in a hydrophilic base;
f. Hydrophilic and lipophilic pigments are dispersed in a lipophilic base.
