Construction technology

⑴The base layer should be smooth, dry, clean and free of oil stains. First, use tools such as shovels and brooms to remove the floating ash on the surface, fall off the surface layer and sundries. If there is oil pollution, use gasoline and other solvents to clean it before construction.

(2) The pipe parts should be smoothed and calendered, and the installation of the pipe casing should be checked firmly, the joints should be tight, and there should be no looseness.

Construction of waterproof coating

(1) Coating primer: evenly brush the coating material on the surface of the base layer. When brushing, it should not be piled up or exposed to the bottom. The coating amount should be 0.2 ~ 0.3kg/m2, and the primer should be cured for more than 5 hours. to proceed to the next step of construction.

⑵Waterproof coating construction: The coating material should be brushed several times in a small amount to make the coating thickness uniform and reduce air bubbles. A coating amount of 0.4 to 0.5 kg/m2 is appropriate, and the thickness is about 0.4 to 0.5 mm. After the shou film is applied, it generally needs to be cured for more than 5 hours. When the finger touch is basically not sticky, the film is applied twice in the vertical direction. The inner corner of the bottom plate and the wall should be laid with fiber non-woven fabric for reinforcement treatment. . Pipes, equipment foundations, around the floor drain, and the yin and yang corners of the ground should be enhanced and painted, and the walls should be painted within 30 cm from the ground, and should be painted 3 to 4 times. It is advisable to brush 2 to 3 times for the plane base. According to the national standard, the thickness of waterproof coating film is not less than 2mm as qualified.
