Micronized polyethylene wax is a non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, white or slightly yellowish solid with a relative molecular mass of 1800-8000. Micronized polyethylene wax is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance.

Micronized polyethylene wax can prepare high gloss solvent-based coatings water-based coatings, powder uncoatings, can coatings, UV curing, metal decorative coatings, etc. It can also be used as daily moisture-proof coatings such as cardboard.

Micronized polyethylene wax can be used to prepare letterpress water-based ink, solvent-based gravure ink, lithographic/offset printing, ink, overprint varnish, etc.

Micronized polyethylene wax has two requirements: namely, it cannot affect the leveling of the coating and its sensitivity to water when improving the surface slip and hardness of the coating.

Micronized polyethylene wax can be prepared as hot melt adhesive for stamping, also as isolating agent for cast metal parts, foam parts, rubber and plastic sheet and pipe additives, also as rheological modifier and current variant for violet oil, and as carrier and lubricant for masterbatch.
