When the ambient temperature reaches 45-55 ℃, the solubility of paraffin in the reclaimed rubber increases, and the paraffin that migrates from the inside to the surface of the reclaimed rubber product decreases, and a perfect wax film cannot be formed. In addition, the paraffin at high temperature is easy to melt. , resulting in a decrease in ozone resistance of reclaimed rubber products.
3. Usually, the best use temperature of the film formed by the migration of paraffin from the inside of the reclaimed rubber compound to the surface is 10-50 ℃, which is within the range of ozone destructive ability, so a good protective effect can be obtained.
The effect of paraffin wax at different temperatures is different, and the operating temperature and ambient temperature of the use environment in the production process of different types of reclaimed rubber products are very different. Due to the low melting point of paraffin wax, the scope of use in reclaimed rubber products has certain limitations.
