It is widely used in the production of PE, PVC cables, PVC profiles, pipes, and is an excellent new type of plastic processing lubricant.
2.1, in rubber:
OPE wax has good compatibility with various rubbers. Due to its high melting point and low viscosity, it promotes good resin fluidity, relatively reduces the power consumption of resin mixing, and reduces the adhesion between resin and mold. It is easy to remove the film, plays a role of internal and external lubrication, and has good anti-static properties.
2.2, in plastics:
