Chemical structure

Microcrystalline wax is a multimolecular mixture of several saturated hydrocarbon components. Unlike paraffin waxes, microcrystalline waxes contain more isomeric alkanes and cyclic alkanes with long branched chains.











This phenolic modified epoxy resin increases the number of epoxy groups than ordinary epoxy resin, that is, it increases the functionality, and the crosslinking density of the coating film of the powder coating formulated with this resin increases, and the anti-corrosion properties of the coating film such as heat resistance and chemical resistance are improved. Therefore, phenolic modified epoxy powder coating is used in the pipeline coating which requires heavy anti-corrosion in transporting natural gas, petroleum and refined oil, chemical liquid materials, etc. Amanda 1168 linear tri-epoxy synthetic resin produced by Da Qing Lu Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. is a linear phenolic modified epoxy resin, which not only contains more benzene rings and hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure, but also has a long flexible chain, designed for heavy anti-corrosion powder coatings and liquid coating surfaces. This resin has excellent compatibility with curing agent, high reactivity, strong adhesion, fast curing speed, high crosslinking density, good chemical resistance, solvent resistance, cathodic stripping resistance of the coating film, and good leveling, flexibility and impact strength of the coating film. The technical index of this resin is light yellow granules in appearance, softening point 95~120℃, epoxy value 0.10~0.13eq/100g, organochlorine ≤0.001Eq/100g, inorganic chlorine ≤0.001eq/100g, volatile fraction ≤0.5%. Its in the epoxy powder coating, can be used alone, but also can be used as a modifier of E-12 epoxy resin.
